Position Overview:-

The Construction Coordinator position is responsible for monitoring the field construction of one or more concurrent construction projects and provides technical expertise in the construction and engineering field. The coordinator is normally employed for field engineering assignments requiring construction knowledge and / or specialization in several fields of engineering.


  • Plans, schedules, direct, coordinates and supervises staff.

  • Responsible for the construction coordination functions including construction quality and progress evaluation, schedule and cost control.

  • Project coordination, subcontract administration, change order control data recording and reporting.

  • Directs construction supervisory staff and field sections in administrative and technical duties.

  • Makes frequent interdisciplinary contacts within the company, with client and other involved agencies.

  • Keeps superiors fully informed.

Education and Experience:-

Saudi National having degree in Engineering or Construction related field with 10 years construction and engineering experience directly related to general field of office engineering and administration on significant construction projects.

Experience in the specific area of construction for which the role is advertised. Ability to cooperate and coordinate, plan and organize work. Ability to recognize own professional limitations and seek superior advice when necessary

Additional Requirements

An evidence of professional growth shown by satisfactory performance in past positions.

Proficiency in applying construction management and administration techniques and the ability to plan, organize and supervise the management of one or more construction projects.

Effective oral and written communication skills are required.

Computer literacy.
