The primary responsibility of Sr. Supply Chain Analyst, LA (Latin America) is to play an active role in translating the key elements of the business & supply chain strategies into tactical functional initiatives to meet the service and objectives across the Latin America region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Looking for strong background in inventory management, replenishment strategies, and distribution logistics. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring product availability, and minimizing costs.

  • This role will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and covers LA region (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, South Cone and associated indirect markets)

  • This position will be in contact with a wide variety of functions internally (Supply Chain, Project teams, Finance, plant), both at LA region and Worldwide level, using the collaboration model with Countries and Region to drive a more efficient supply chain process.

  • This role will define in a startup environment, which require a high level of flexibility and process development.

  • The scope of the role encompasses, but is not limited to, supply and demand planning, product life cycle management, inventory optimization and information support to the S&OP, creation and maintenance of database for metrics and KPIs (such as back order, forecast accuracy, inventory trend, forecast reconciliation, etc.)

  • As part of the S&OP process, the supply chain analyst may support the demand planning process, providing analysis to the Demand Supply Integrated Reconciliation meeting with country key Business (Marketing /Sales) and Finance stakeholders to validate and reconcile the unit forecast with the financial projections.

Basic Requirement :

  • A bachelor’s degree is required in supply chain, engineering or business field.

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, with strong focus on inventory management and replenishment planning.

  • Proven experience in distribution logistics and working with transportation providers.

  • End-to-End Supply Chain experience, understanding of the 5 steps of the S&OP Process and best practices.

  • ERP experiences in SAP/4Hana, IBP, Power BI, SCM DP/SNP or other tools

  • Track records of improving customer service level while simultaneously improving supply chain metrics performance and operation cost

  • Must speak English, Spanish & Portuguese

Preferred Requirements:

  • Certification from a recognized supply chain institution such as APICS or CSCMP is a plus.

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus. .

  • ERP implementation experience and or experience with SAP4H/IBP is a plus.

  • Talent / organization capability

  • Proficient Excel skills, dashboard creation, strong data analytics and statistical skillset.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to work across all functions and levels in the organization and regions; effectively manage multiple stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds.

  • Interdependent partnering and collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

  • Customer oriented mindset with business acumen and able to leverage on his/her supply chain knowledge to support business to achieve business goal while at the same time improve supply chain metric.
