Responsibilities
Cost Tape and Financial Planning including all analysis, and reporting to leadership
Partner with Cost Managers and GSC Finance to consolidate all potential savings into Financial Forecast
Partner with different business teams (Supply Chain, Business Operations, Finance, Procurement) to submit requirements to IT on the digitization and automation of financial & portfolio planning data.
Weekly meetings with business and IT to define optimized processes through newly developed tools.
Weekly status update with Business and IT teams and discussions on next steps, prioritization and budgeting
Business owner for weekly UAT tests of existing financial IT requirements
Key focal to communicate with IT on financial requirements for Product Cost Management, including change requests and follow-up on enhancements.
Power user of PBI to help Finance teams on financial reports and analysis as well as system admin for some authorizations directed by the Leadership team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
10-15yrs experience within Costs, Finance, FP&A
Experience within Tech Industries
Large experience with people management
Hybrid Format (3x Office, 2x Home Office)
