This position is responsible for placing of PO’s directly with our supply base and ensuring order fulfillment. Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies for customer-related business processes or for internal use. Managing the triangulation process between Lipesa and suppliers to ensure the assembly of the equipments. This individual will work closely with Commercial, back office, and suppliers.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Process daily orders as received from internal customers.

• Tracking and making follow-ups regarding purchase orders direct and indirect materials

• Ensuring order fulfillment to improve on-time shipment, while communicating shortfalls

• Track vendor performance and work with the Supplier Quality Team Lead to drive improvements

• Facilitate meetings to review vendor performance while upholding to ChemTreat standards

• Efficiently resolve vendor discrepancies (price, quality, delays, safety, etc.) while working with suppliers to drive to root cause and implementing corrective actions where needed

• Drive continuous improvement through daily reporting of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

• Identify and lead continuous improvement activities using multiple tools (Problem Solving Process, Kaizen, etc.)

• Manage Blanket PO’s from issuance to renewal/deposition and keep the ERP healthy.

• Maintain shared departmental standard work documents

• Managing the inventory of raw materials, spare parts and equipments with logistic and planning.

• Responsible for setting up items within ERP system when nedded.

• Monitor the assembly of equipments (triangulation process) between Lipesa and suppliers

The essential requirements of the job include:

5+ years experience performing in positions of Purchasing and Supply Chain processes, tax analysis;

Strong Excel knowledge including Vlookups and pivot tables;

Strong negotiation skills;

College degree completed.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

English and Spanish at intermediate level

Preferred skills:

Self-motivated and with logical reasoning;

Ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalent.

Operates transparently and is trustworthy

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part of the time at the company location in São Paulo/SP and part of the of the time remotely from your home. Additional information about this hybrid work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.

Esta posição é responsável pela colocação de PO's diretamente com nossa base de fornecimento e garantir o cumprimento do pedido. Prepara e processa requisições e pedidos de compra para aquisição de bens, serviços e suprimentos para processos de negócios relacionados ao cliente ou para uso interno. Gerenciamento do processo de triangulação entre ChemTreat e fornecedores para garantir a montagem dos equipamentos. Esse indivíduo trabalhará em estreita colaboração com as áreas comercial, backoffice e os fornecedores.

Nesta posição você terá oportunidade de:

Processar pedidos diários conforme recebidos de clientes internos.

Acompanhar e fazer follow up de pedidos de compras de materiais diretos e indiretos

Garantir o atendimento dos pedidos para melhorar a entrega no prazo, ao mesmo tempo em que comunica deficiências

Acompanhar o desempenho do fornecedor e trabalhar com o líder da equipe de qualidade do fornecedor para impulsionar melhorias

Facilitar reuniões para avaliar o desempenho dos fornecedores e, ao mesmo tempo, mantê-los de acordo com os padrões da ChemTreat

Resolver com eficiência discrepâncias de fornecedores (preço, qualidade, atrasos, segurança, etc.) enquanto trabalha com fornecedores para chegar à causa raiz e implementar ações corretivas quando necessário

Impulsionar a melhoria contínua por meio de relatórios diários de indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs) departamentais.

Identificar e liderar atividades de melhoria contínua usando múltiplas ferramentas (Processo de Resolução de Problemas, Kaizen, etc.)

Gerenciar ordens de compra gerais desde a emissão até a renovação/deposição e manter o ERP saudável.

Manter documentos de trabalho padrão departamentais compartilhados

Gerenciamento do estoque de matéria-prima, peças de reposição e equipamentos com logística e planejamento.

Responsável por configurar itens dentro do sistema ERP quando necessário.

Acompanhar a montagem de equipamentos (processo de triangulação) entre empresa e fornecedores

Os requisitos essenciais para este cargo incluem:

Mais de 5 anos de experiência em processos de compras e Cadeia de Suprimentos e conhecimento fiscal;

Forte conhecimento de Excel, incluindo Vlookups e tabelas dinâmicas;

Fortes habilidades de negociação;

Diploma universitário

Seria diferencial se você também possuísse experiência anterior em:

Inglês em nível intermediário.

Habilidades preferenciais:

Auto-motivação e raciocínio lógico;

Habilidade para identificar problemas e desenvolver soluções práticas.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.

Proficiência em Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) ou equivalente.
