AIG Multinational is an exciting business area within AIG that designs, implements and services bespoke multinational insurance solutions for our global customers, empowering our clients and broker partners to navigate complex cross-border risks with confidence and consistency. AIG Multinational professionals have the diverse skills and expertise necessary to deliver customized, compliant and seamless solutions that support our clients’ risk management objectives. You can work alongside a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to explore and deliver new solutions to meet our customers’ global insurance needs.

How you will create an impact

  • As Producing Office, to support Underwriters and Distribution teams to structure global programs produced by Brazil. Manage all aspects required to develop outbound programs, such as regulatory update, instructions to the network, payment tracking.

  • As Issuing Office, to provide excellent service to Clients and Broker partners through the execution and delivery of local policies in support of global programs. Prepare booking sheets, policy issuance documents and tracking documentation.

  • Manage all aspects of outbound and inbound multinational clients’ requests. Meet or exceed client service expectations for assigned requests.

  • Clear and timely communication to both internal and external parties involved in servicing transactions.

  • Proactively engage with and respond to local client/broker inquiries.

  • Manage personal workflow in order to deliver SLAs.

  • Be Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Knowledge Champion for one or two products within country.

  • Be SME on AIG Multinational systems.

  • Enhance alignment with Client and Broker engagement, Underwriting, Operations and Account Receivables stakeholders.

  • Oversight – Training & Monitoring of MN activities across business externally and internally.

  • Ensure requested documentation is issued in required time frames. Ensure administration systems are up to date.

  • Support reinsurance processes required by the local legislation.

  • Undertake special projects allocated by more senior members of staff, ensuring such projects are completed within the allocated time frame.

About the role

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Recognized insurance experience

  • Experience of handling Multinational corporations

  • Advanced English (Mandatory) and Spanish (Preferred)

  • Knowledge/ prior exposure to a broad range of commercial insurance products

  • Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong administration skills

  • Computer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, Word

  • Highly motivated and ability to work autonomously

  • Good time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines

  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas

  • Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge/experience to carry out those improvements

  • Client focused with experience of dealing with board level representatives as well as senior colleagues

  • Proven record of being a team player
