Description and Requirements

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to work at the Lenovo office with the main challenge of planning and implementing business development related to the Workstations and Smart Collaboration market. Among the main responsibilities, the following stand out:

  • Define the strategic positioning of products;

  • Plan and control the product life cycle, from launch to end of life/discontinuation;

  • Analyze the performance of sales results and provide training to salespeople;

  • Work together with the marketing and communications area to develop sales support materials;

  • Actively participate in the processes of preparing the company's strategic and operational plan, related to the products for which it is responsible;

  • Plan and support execution to reach and exceed revenue, volume and market share targets;

  • Identify opportunities in the portfolio;

  • Analyze competitor behavior, market trends, demands of current and potential customers;

  • Support in planning and monitoring the company's quarterly P&L;

  • Establish partnership relationships with software and hardware companies that complement the solution of the products it manages;

  • Management of the opportunity pipeline and sales support to convert these opportunities into products under your management.

  • Plan and lead sales development for Visuals in Brazil

  • Support supply planning improvement

  • Country focal point for Visuals business for all segments

  • Build strategy for mid and long terms

  • Manage Visuals E&O

Requirements :

  • Exp within the area, 8+ yrs

  • Exp within Displays, Monitors, TVs

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Able to work Hybrid Format (3x office, 2x home office)

  • Location: São Paulo, SP.
