Description and Requirements

The Service Operations Analyst at Lenovo will be responsible for managing and analyzing the costs associated with the company's service operations, that is, after-sales. This role is fundamental to ensuring financial efficiency, identifying savings opportunities and supporting strategic decisions related to the services offered by Lenovo.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Cost Analysis: Monitor, analyze and control the operating costs of Lenovo's service operations, identifying variations, trends and areas of opportunity for expense reduction.

  2. Financial Reports: Use Excel to prepare detailed financial reports, including analysis of costs by service, and financial impact of operations.

  3. Launch and control of invoices in the area: End-to-end monitoring of supplier payments, from receipt of invoice to payment itself.

  4. Process Optimization: Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes that directly impact service costs.

  5. Quality analysis: Analyze and report machine failure rates.

  6. Performance Analysis: Analyze and report the area's main performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Experience in cost analysis,

• Excellent Excel skills for advanced data analysis and creation of financial reports.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for interaction in a global environment.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.

This position is to work on a hybrid mode, in our offices in Indaiatuba.
