Esta posição é responsável por estabelecer e manter os relatórios e práticas contábeis gerais da organização.

A posição de Analista Contábil fica dentro do time financeiro e trabalha muito próximo à estratégia do negócio.

Nesta posição você terá oportunidade de:

• Compilar e analisar informações financeiras para preparar e/ou revisar os lançamentos contábeis necessários para livros contábeis e demonstrações financeiras devidamente declarados, de acordo com os regulamentos (por exemplo, GAAP) e a política da empresa.

• Desempenhar funções de escrituração contábil ou gerenciamento de contas.

• Incluir contas a pagar, contabilidade de custos, gestão de caixa e Controladores responsáveis apenas pela contabilidade.

Os requisitos essenciais para este cargo incluem:

• Graduação em ciências contábeis

• CRC ativo

• Mais de 5 anos de experiência na função contábil

• Forte conhecimento de Excel, incluindo Vlookups e tabelas dinâmicas;

Seria diferencial se você também possuísse experiência anterior em:

• USGAAP;

• Inglês em nível intermediário.

Habilidades preferenciais:

• Auto-motivação e raciocínio lógico;

• Habilidade para identificar problemas e desenvolver soluções práticas.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.

• Proficiência em Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) ou equivalente.

• Opera com transparência e é confiável

Esta posição é elegível para um regime de trabalho híbrido em que você pode trabalhar parte do tempo na sede da empresa em São Paulo/SP (Berrini) e parte do tempo remotamente de sua casa. Informações adicionais sobre este acordo de trabalho híbrido serão fornecidas pela sua equipe de entrevistas.

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining the organization's general accounting reports and practices.

The Accountant Analyst position is within the financial team and works very closely with the business strategy.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare and/or review the necessary accounting entries for properly stated accounting books and financial statements, in accordance with regulations (e.g., GAAP) and company policy.

• Performing bookkeeping or account management functions, such as accounts payable, cost accounting, cash management, and controllers responsible solely for accounting.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5+ years experience in accounting roles;

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Active CRC

• Strong Excel knowledge including Vlookups and pivot tables;

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• USGAAP;

• English at intermediate level

Preferred skills:

• Self-motivated and with logical reasoning;

• Ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalent.

• Operates transparently and is trustworthy

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part of the time at the company location in São Paulo/SP (Berrini) and part of the of the time remotely from your home. Additional information about this hybrid work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.
