Ingersoll Rand Sales Back Office Assitant in Szolnok, Hungary
Ökotechnik Kft. was founded in 1998. The main scope of activities are the environmental, wastewater treatment, distribution, dealership and service of industrial machines.
In November 2023, our company has been acquired by Gardner Denver, a member of the Ingersoll Rand international group. In this way, most of the products in our product range are manufactured by our sister companies, maintaining a direct relationship with them. With this step, we are able to provide even higher quality services and more direct machine deliveries to our customers.
Sales Backoffice Assistant provides a stable background for Sales Department. This team member supports the daily work of Sales Engineers and reports to Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Support Sales Team
Keeping contact with customers looking for tender invitations
Writing quotations to customers (single machines, or complete systems),
Keeping contact with suppliers,
Administration of incoming orders and forwarding it to Project Manager
Writing purchase orders
Technical assistance for customers
Daily business connected with project coordination processes
Preparing internal reports about KPI’s
Requirements:
middle level technical studies
Hungarian – fluent
English - for daily use, mostly in written.
