Eaton Corporation Sales Partner Program Manager in Syracuse, New York

Eaton’s B-LINE division is currently seeking a Sales Partner Program Manager.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

This role is responsible for the development and management of partner programs and buying groups. In addition, you will support our agent sales partners in a variety of ways. Specific responsibilities include:

• Partnering with the commercial sales team to review customer goals and develop specific program criteria based on the analysis of market and territory trends.

• Managing incentive programs which includes analyzing sales and market data for new and existing programs and presenting agreement requests in a clear, concise manor to ensure management can make decisions during program reviews.

• Providing timely and accurate reporting to support sales reporting, scorecard updates, business accruals, payment approvals, and payment requests for GEIS incentive programs.

• Leading regular incentive program review meetings to ensure proper coordination and alignment among all internal stakeholders.

• Partnering with the corporate EDAP team to support GEIS programs, reporting, accruals and integrated payments.

• Engaging with the channel team to support One EATON partner programs on behalf of GEIS.

• Working with the marketing team to provide approved program sales detail and customer terms for marketing development funds.

• Owning the buying group relationships to support membership maintenance, reporting, conference participation, program evaluation, and overall interactions with the PLM, marketing, and sales teams.

• Regularly track and analyze market trends related to customers, competitors, terms, etc. to increase the effectiveness of our sales partners.

• Coordinating national account contracts that include incentive, MSA (Master Service Agreements) and buying group agreements for GEIS.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum five (5) years in sales, marketing, or customer support in the electrical or mechanical industry.

  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL or Syracuse, NY will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Excel, SAP, BW and Query Designer.

  • Experience with using PowerBI and/or PowerBI Pro certified.

  • Experience with contract negotiation and execution.

  • Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical markets.

  • Strong understanding of GEIS product offering and capabilities.

  • Understanding of GEIS market strategies to assist in mutually beneficial program development.

Skills:

• Extensive experience with reporting systems to maintain and analyze sales data to drive customer behavior.

• Expert with Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

• Negotiation, selling, creativity and persuasion skills.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
