This position is 100% in-office and reports to our facility on-site in Syracuse, NY (HQ)
Your Role
As our Project Manager, you-ll be the driving force behind our most critical projects. From concept to completion, you-ll ensure everything runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets our high standards. Your strategic mind and problem-solving skills will be key to overcoming challenges and delivering outstanding results. We thrive on innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking. We tackle complex projects head-on and deliver results that exceed expectations.
Salary Range
$80,000 per year - $100,000 per year, depending on experience

What We-re Looking For
Education: Bachelor-s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience handling diverse stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional writing and communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical requirements.
Mindset: A strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
Bonus For
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) and other project management certification.
Industry Experience: Background in technology or engineering projects.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with project management software and tools.
