Crouse Hospital Procurement Specialist On-Site Only in Syracuse, New York

The Purchasing team is hiring an Procurement Specialist to work Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Range: $22.47-$28.12/hour
Procurement Specialist Position Responsibilities:
Organizes and maintains manual and computerized department data and information, reports, records, logs, policies and procedures, statistics and other related systems/documents.
Effectively schedules meetings, reserves rooms, ensures materials and AV equipment are available, coordinates catering requests and arranges parking for vendors/guests as needed.
Generates PO’s for customers and department as needed.
Manages rental equipment, archives, business cards, signage, office supplies and other service contracts as needed.
Uses, updates, and optimizes MMIS for department and organization.
Procurement Specialist Position Requirements:
Associates degree. Bachelors Preferred
Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative or supply chain experience in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience working in a healthcare or physician office setting.
