Crouse Hospital Physician- Pulmonologist in Syracuse, New York
The Pulmonologist provides professional medical care and will assess, coordinate and monitor patients ongoing pulmonary needs. Physician will work in an outpatient setting with access to full spectrum of critical care, testing and therapies to provide comprehensive medical care.
Job Requirements: Must have a current, valid, unrestricted Physician license in the state of New York throughout employment at Crouse Hospital. Must attain and maintain active staff clinical privileges appropriate to duties and responsibilities. Must hold and maintain current, valid and unrestricted federal and state registrations to prescribe and dispense controlled substances. Current Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. If not currently Board certified, candidate must be Board eligible. Graduate of an accredited residency program.
