Syracuse University Manager of Student Records & Data Analytics in Syracuse, New York
Reporting directly to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs (ADSA), this position plays a key role in supporting the college's needs. Under ADSA direction this position will plan, organize, integrate, and direct the work of the ECS Undergraduate Records office. The manager will also provide expert professional assistance and guidance in office data needs by creating, maintaining and documenting reports based on area needs specific to university initiatives, learning and using the University supported reporting and analytics tools, and helping develop data based assessment plans supporting the ADSA and college efforts.
This role requires collaboration with the ECS admissions, success and career advising teams as well as faculty and staff to provide outstanding service to all ECS students.
