Description We are in search of a Greeter to become a part of our team. Based in Syracuse, New York, this role entails interacting with customers and ensuring a smooth experience for them at the office. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and acknowledge customers upon their arrival

• Efficiently manage customer flow via the queuing system

• Review and verify customer paperwork for completeness and accuracy

• Conduct vision tests and document the results accurately

• Input passing vision test results into the computer system

• Guide customers in using office kiosks for various tasks

• Capture photos of customers for driver's licenses

• Interface with customers to resolve their inquiries and concerns

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Accurately process customer credit applications. Requirements • Must possess strong customer service skills and demonstrate the ability to interact with people in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Requires knowledge about time management, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining punctuality

• Should be adept at handling paperwork, ensuring all documents are accurately completed and filed

• Experience with managing purchase orders is necessary, must be able to track orders and handle any issues that arise

• Should be able to assist customers effectively, ensuring their needs and queries are promptly addressed

• Experience or interest in photo shoots would be beneficial, as the role may involve coordinating with photographers or assisting in setting up photo shoots

• Must be familiar with handling a procurement card, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reported. TalentMatch®
