Description

Haun Welding Supply is seeking a highly motivated District Sales Manager to join our dynamic Syracuse team. This roles is responsible for managing organization sales by developing strategic business plans, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing department to drive lead generation within the assigned territory. The District Sales Manager will oversee the performance of the sales team, ensuring that goals are met and providing continuous support through training and development.

Base Salary plus commission and bonus plans to reward performance and achievement of sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

  • Manage sales activities with the district, ensuring that targets and objectives are achieved.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to drive growth.

  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and other key metrics to leadership team.

  • Provide feedback, and offer coaching to team members to maximize their potential.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in industrial gases, welding supplies, or related industries.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

  • Proficiency in sales performance metrics and CRM software.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
