Description:

Our client is looking to bring on a Desktop Technician to help assist with basic desktop support on their Administrative Computer Services (ACS) team. This candidate will be supporting most of the staff that covers about 2500+ devices and about 90+ departments. This candidate will be primarily onsite with minimal travel to and from different campuses. The work will consist of hardware and software break/fix, new hardware prep and installations and other assigned tasks. The team works primarily with Windows and has a couple MAC devices.
