Eaton Corporation Cx Business Process Agent Specialist in Syracuse, New York
Eaton’s Electrical Division is currently seeking a Cx Business Process Agent Specialist. This position is based at the Syracuse, NY location.
Position Overview:
This position will partner with the CRM Business Process Manager in the analysis and execution of various process improvement opportunities impacting the Sales and Customer Service functions. This includes development and maintenance of various reports, standard work documents, and control procedures to improve the customer experience and processing efficiency. The individual will understand the flow of orders from entry, scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, invoicing, and customer receipt to effectively service orders to meet customer requirements. This enables collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to achieve collective service level targets.
This opportunity offers a growth path into Customer Service Management, Operations Management, and Marketing. The individual will develop a broad, business acumen as this position requires frequent interaction across multiple functions and an understanding of hour our performance compares to competitors.

Key responsibilities include:
Shipping
Track past due shipments with our agent network ensuring to maximize shipments and minimizing past dues.
Manage daily shipment performance from key consignment locations by understanding barriers and help remove them and report throughout the organization.
End of Month shipping activities to clear orders
Develop metrics (daily past due and OTD)
Inventory
Work with Product Line Manager and Materials teams to understand and implement inventory entitlement at each Distribution Center location to meet forecasted demand
Running inventory analysis reports based on determination to ensure mix and optimal inventory are visible and fulfilled by the productions sites on time
Moving lines to and from Distribution Center locations as needed to ensure on time shipments
Work with SCM/Logistics to ensure STO's are being delivered according to priority stockouts and address shortfalls if needed
Develop metric system (STOP’s schedule attainment by production site & Number of Shorts & inventory entitlement position)
Material Master and Customer Master Data
Managing plant determination - optimizing current customer placement
Managing order consolidation, plant shipping %, and standard deliveries
Ensure carrier setup is complete
Procedures
Ensure similar utilization of SAP for all teams. Receiving, process automations (pick / pack list outputs).
Annual inventory -coordination of the event, subsequent system management (delivery jobs, determination, movement of orders, stopping of STO's, etc.)
Management of "agent scorecard" as combination of inventory entitlement, avg inventory on hand, service, $ past due, line and $$ output, to track improvements
Agent Engagement
Build/strengthen relationship with Agent partner to ensure Eaton remains a priority when supporting consigned inventory
Manage Agent connection to SAP and role assignments (roughly 100 active SAP users)
Manage process and procedure for agents supporting order entry.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Sales or Customer Service, data analytics, logistics, supply chain or project management
Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, SAP)
No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Mathematics
MBA or MS degree
Manufacturing industry exposure
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
High proficiency in SAP and MS Excel, some coding experience preferred.

Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
Proven ability in handling multiple deliverables with attention to detail and accuracy along with structured approach to problem solving
