The nitty gritty stuff this role does:
Be an expert in the resourcing, hiring and talent planning process and will be a coach and mentor to your client group enabling a high standard of best practice and facilitating brilliant talent moves and external hires;
Manage and assist in talent projects including building our talent pipelining platform and the Australian Graduate Program;
Attract, engage, select and hire talent through leading robust recruitment requisitions;
Uncover opportunities for improving the performance of the talent engagement function across process, reporting, systems and approach; and
Support the Talent Engagement Manager on key attraction and engagement projects including the EVP strategy.
What you'll bring to the table:
4-5 years’ experience recruiting in an end to end recruitment environment, either agency or a corporate environment;
Experience in managing high volume recruitment assignments, with a high degree of confidence in recruiting up to a mid-level hiring;
Capability to multitask a high volume of assignment at once, while delivering a unique experience to external stakeholders and delivering a high level of service to internal stakeholders; and
A demonstrated understanding of diversity and inclusion and how to bring this to life through recruitment methodology.
