Your Role and Responsibilities

As we gear up for 2021, we're growing our high performing team to support the scores of new and exciting roles coming up. You'll be exposed to all corners of our business from hybrid Cloud Sellers to Mobile Application Designers and I.T Consulting Professionals. Forging deep, collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers around their hiring needs, you'll be expected to play the role of talent advisory, recommending the most appropriate talent attraction and sourcing strategies and promoting our Employer Value Proposition within the market.

Due to increased demand for hiring within our business, our team is growing! Whether based in our office (eventually!), you'll be part of a fun, dynamic and energised team, in an environment filled with best practice sharing and collaboration. You'll also be equipped with some of the best AI, Sourcing, Market Intelligence and CRM tools on offer, helping you to keep abreast of the ever-changing hiring trends and market dynamics. Apart from your day-to-day recruiting and talent pipeline building activities, there are always several ongoing projects across Talent Acquisition and the broader HR you can sink your teeth in to.

To be successful, you'll need to have an exceptional customer service mindset, strong commercial & consulting acumen and the ability to engage and influence at all levels. In a highly fast paced and sometimes complex environment, you'll have the ability to prioritise your time effectively whilst staying focused on the finer details.

We will also be looking for a natural team player and seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional with 6+ years end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally with a combination of in-house and agency experience. You'll need superior sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Google, Social Media, Seek Talent Search), sound knowledge of recruiting systems & processes and have recruited across multiple disciplines and levels. Previous experience within the I.T or I.T Consulting industries would be highly advantageous.
