    Sales Associate

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations tasks, handling the sales mailbox, allocating leads, performing administrative duties in Salesforce, and answering client queries. Additionally, this person will own a specific product, taking charge of its sales strategy and coordinating the team responsible for delivering the end product.

    What the day will look like

    Sales Operations:

  • Manage and maintain the sales mailbox, ensuring timely responses and efficient allocation of leads.

  • Salesforce - data entry, reporting, and process optimization.

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

    Lead Management:

  • Allocate leads to appropriate sales team members based on expertise, previous client engagement or other criteria.

  • Track and report on lead status and performance metrics, ensuring that leads are followed up promptly.

    Client Interaction:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, providing prompt and professional responses.

    Product Ownership:

  • Take full ownership of a designated product, including developing and executing a sales strategy.

  • Work closely with the product delivery team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform sales strategies.

    Team Coordination:

  • Act as the coordinator for that product delivery team, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

  • Coordinate team efforts, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively utilised.

    Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular sales reports, analyse performance metrics, and provide insights to improve sales processes.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
