As the Product Manager – Knee Portfolio , you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional programs for our knee product portfolio. You will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure the success of our knee products in the market.

How You'll Create Impact

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute the annual marketing plan for our Knee product portfolio, implement and review innovative marketing plans and promotional campaigns, and determine competitive pricing through public sectors, tendering, and market share deals. You’ll enjoy preparing product launches, coordinating impactful marketing campaigns, and implementing global strategies while continuously enhancing your technical knowledge. Additionally, you’ll provide valuable training to both sales and non-sales teams, monitor sales, expenses, and market share to gather insights for strategic decisions, and offer product knowledge, operational planning, and in-field support. Your role will also involve maximising inventory utilisation and collaborating closely with sales management.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing planning and campaign execution within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of knee products and procedures.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to respond urgently to customer and sales team needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast inventory, and provide accurate financial projections.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with global and regional teams to implement strategies and achieve objectives.
