Your challenge:
We have an exciting opening for someone to join our commercial operations and supply chain as a Logistics Coordinator ANZ on 12 months Fixed Term Contract/Maternity Leave Cover . You will play a critical role in facilitating logistics processes, GIT inventory and reverse logistics. You will work closely with 3PL warehouses to ensure the highest inventory integrity and timely processing of orders. You will consistently show strong collaboration with order desk colleagues and internal supply chain stakeholders on all inventory movements and requirements.
You are responsible for:
Managing and coordinating delivery & shipment planning with customers, account managers, engineers & application managers to assist with their key accounts to meet customer expectations
Proactively troubleshooting issues in all key logistics providers in Warehouse, Freight Forwarding & Domestic Transportation
Creating, maintaining and documenting internal processes and controls
Ensuring timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers, customers, and internal parties and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties
Working closely with 3PL providers in Australia and NZ
Coordinating quarterly audit and stock take for Philips warehouses across ANZ
Monitoring and resolving issues related to logistics and reverse logistics
Proactively managing distribution costs
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
Degree-level education in logistics or equivalent field
2 - 5 years’ experience in logistics or imports and exports, preferably within medical or FMCG industries
Accustomed to effectively prioritising and multi-tasking in a project-driven and fast-paced operational environment
Experience in change management and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Must be solutions-focused, creative, innovative with a high level of organisational and planning skills
Must possess strong Excel skills and MS Office software
The ability to critically think through the multiple-step process and follow up on details
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
Ability to travel occasionally as required
Intermediate knowledge of SAP software
Be a results-oriented and highly analytical individual
