Provide comprehensive lease administration for a premium commercial portfolio

As a Senior Lease Administrator/Property Administrator your duties will include managing the provision of contracted lease administration services for various client teams, overseeing a substantial off-site portfolio or a regional office catering to multiple accounts. You will be responsible for the administration of lease obligations and ensuring general lease compliance. Furthermore, you will review different formal lease agreements to determine tenancy requirements. Your role will also involve managing all billings, including those recurring recoverable charges linked with property expenses. You will collaborate with other Senior Lease Administrators, offering guidance and support to team members.

The Opportunity:

  • Work collaboratively within the Lease Administration team to support the management and administration of a portfolio of high-profile leases

  • Examine executed leases and other tenancy documentation for data extraction, set up and maintenance in Yardi Voyager

  • Managing multiple leases simultaneously and efficiently, ensuring lease information is accurately updated in the system

  • Accountable for all tenant specific details including but not limited to all tenant billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing and rent reviews

  • Liaise with key stakeholders on any tenancy lease incentives and administer that component of the incentive granted to a tenant as required

  • Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss complex Lease set ups, ensuring that all the information is provided and recorded in the system

  • Complete tenant account reconciliations

About you:

  • Engaged and driven with a passion for property and a can-do attitude

  • KPI driven and motivated to hit weekly targets

  • An understanding of commercial leases, licences and property documentation desirable

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

  • The ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines

  • Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in a property lease administration position is preferred but not essential
