Microsoft Consulting Services’ mission is to make the market through digital transformation, modern delivery, and accelerating customer agility through cloud. As a core member of the Industry Solutions - MCS Asia leadership team, the Solution Strategy Leader (SSSL) works closely with Regional Leadership to spearhead the MCS Solution strategy for the region.


  • Build Regional Solution Strategy Plan: Plan and build the regional XIS strategy in collaboration with key leaders across Customer & Partner Solutions, region and areas, identifying priority territories, customers & solutions.

  • Drive Account & Solution Penetration : Drive penetration of digital transformation engagements in priority accounts and revenue growth through the identification and orchestration of regionally defined priorities. Drive adoption of prioritized solutions, enable feedback loop to increase win rates.

  • Drive Microsoft / EOU Aligned Priority Initiatives : Regional landing and execution of key priority initiatives (e.g. Data & AI Must Win, etc). Own regional initiatives, ensuring effective landing with cross functional Microsoft area teams, to accelerate the business outcomes of driving consumption and customer acquisition.

  • Develop & Maintain a High-Performing Team: Build a team which is diverse & inclusive, developing SSSM proficiency in the core capabilities & skills required for their role, guiding career development & role modelling Microsoft Leadership Principle & Practices


  • Sales business development background, with 10+ years of technology-related experience.

  • Track record in connecting market, industry & technology insights to inform business growth strategies.

  • Experienced digital influencer.

  • Strong communication and influence skills (verbal and written)

  • Experienced leader of high performing teams.

  • Bachelor’s Degree - relevant fields of study include Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science.
