Sheraton Grand Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic Supervisor to join the morning brigade of a busy buffet restaurant. Managing a team of 20+ associates on a shift and up to 800 guests

If you have fine dining experience we would love to meet you for a supervisor position in the hatted Sydney Common restaurant, in which you will lead a team to ensure ultimate guest experience paired with award winning food.

Position Summary:

• Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations

• Welcome and engage with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience

• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience

• Assist with the bar operational tasks if required

• Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential

• Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better

• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times

• Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings

About You:

• A valid NSW RSA

• Relevant experience in a managerial role

• Working rights in Australia

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
