About the Role

This role sits within Stryker's Custom Implants team who are responsible for using CAD Software to design 3D patient-specific implants that are used in surgeries all over the world. As a Custom Product Coordinator, your function will be to support the design team by coordinating surgical cases across the region on our CRM system and responding to urgent requests from our clinical field teams. Additionally, by bridging the gap between our Design Engineers and our Sales/Marketing teams, this role will be a key strategic driver of commercial growth for our Custom Implants division.

What You'll Do

  • Oversees end-to-end communication and coordination of Custom Product process with global operations (design, manufacturing, logistics) and sales teams.

  • Serves as the primary contact for APAC market for Custom Products, liaising with internal (division marketing, customer care, sales, distribution centers) and external customers.

  • Manages shared Mailbox and Portal, handling daily inquiries from operations, field staff, customers, and vendors.

  • Coordinates escalations beyond routine business, ensuring effective resolution.

  • Collaborates with Customer Care, Logistic Carriers, and Custom Product Team for urgent deliveries.

  • Works with GQO, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Sales departments to enhance processes and address issues.

  • Responsible for supporting and reporting key indicators such as lead time, monthly performance, and trend tracking.

About You

  • A relationship driven executer who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Have strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage changing priorities

  • Experienced in a highly customer-facing environment (e.g. customer service, airline industry, call centre sales etc.)

  • Strong attention-to-detail with great problem solving skills

  • Strong intercultural communication skills and ability to partner effectively with global sales & operations teams
