Come join our growing Contract Logistics team in Eastern Creek!

Your Role

We are presently looking for a proficient and motivated Contract Logistics Distribution Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role within the distribution team, aiding in the smooth functioning of our distribution operations to meet all established financial and operational goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Contractual and commercial ownership of the assigned accounts.

• Identifying opportunities to grow business within the customer portfolios and working with key stakeholders to prepare, execute and develop growth plans.

• Acting as an escalation point for appropriate corrective actions.

• Monitoring operational performance of all suppliers and implementing corrective or preventative actions.

• Ensuring the timely completion of all required file administration including documentation, billing, vendor invoices and weekly forwarding sub-ledger.

• Ensuring all your team members are skilled, trained and upskilled where necessary.

Your Skills and Experiences

Additionally, you will have:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and industry is preferred.

• Experience in leading and managing a team of various backgrounds.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

• High level of written and verbal communication skills
