Support Property & Facility Management teams to deliver innovative procurement solutions for CBRE and key strategic clients

Opportunity to work with a national team in a Global brand

6 month fixed term contract with potential to extend

The Opportunity:

  • Manage Source to Contract lifecycle for assigned categories and procurement activities, including managing request for tender, negotiating rate cards, executing the Managed Service Agreements with successful suppliers.

  • Monitor and manage supplier performance and relationships, including actively managing preferred supplier panels, ensuring compliance, maintaining positive relationships and resolving any vendor disputes.

  • Identify risks related to categories and if required implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Work with CBRE stakeholders to understand business needs, ensuring appropriate procurement solutions are delivered.

  • Provide support to Property & Facility Management community to enable the delivery of best value outcomes for CBRE and its Clients.

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes, contracts and contract administration, negotiation and management of KPIs/contractor performance.

  • Procurement qualification and demonstrated experience in procurement category management, establishing and running procurement programs.

  • Proven track record of delivering financial and non-financial benefits to commercial organisations, with strong analytical skills and decision-making.

  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, and exceptional supplier relationship management skills, including the ability to develop suppliers through continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Develop and maintain category strategies, aligning to long-term road maps, and prioritize activities based on business needs, ensuring best value outcomes for clients and alignment with strategic business objectives.

  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively, and create high-quality written documentation including contracts and reports.
