J&J Family of Companies CAR-T Cell and Customer Journey Manager  in Sydney, Australia

  • Sets clear objectives, goals and milestones for the best-in-class CAR-T experience of patients and HCPs across the cell & treatment journey

  • Identify educations needs from sites (CART sites/referral sites) and develop contents and materials to support market

  • Develop channel strategy, closely work with omnichannel team and develop integrated customer digital engagement strategy and track KPIs

  • Identify and implement industry best practices, strategies, and processes to support a best-in-class customer experience in CAR-T and to develop site CoEs

  • Gather customer insights and competitive intelligence and provide expert views and consultation on emerging customer experience trends and future trends

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in life sciences and / or business

  • Bio/pharma experience needed, hematology / oncology or cell therapy experience desired

  • Experience in a CRO, as an MSL or in Supply Chain is appreciated

  • At least 5 years of prior experience in key account management in a healthcare environment

  • Project management and hospital experience

  • Strategic thinking, ability to implement business plans, strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Strategic marketing or digital marketing experience

  • Ability to cultivate senior level relationships and create partnerships with stakeholders

  • Strong TA, disease and product knowledge

  • Deep understanding of hospital operations

  • Strong project management skills
