The Role:

Our restaurant requires a creative, and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team and support the Restaurant Manager in this busy and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the department including associate rosters, training, service, stock control and ordering. This is an ideal role for a driven and experienced candidate with demonstrated restaurant and leadership experience. You will foster an open and supportive environment where your colleagues can have fun and take pride in their work whilst reaching their highest potential. This is a full time role.

Our Ideal Candidate will Possess:

Demonstrated leadership experience in Restaurant Operations

Proven leadership qualities and the ability to lead a team effectively

Strong organisational and time management skills and is solution focused, with the ability to effectively problem solve

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a large hotel

A Diploma/Degree in Hospitality and Management

Full Australian Working Rights

Availability across 7 days and willing to work a rotating roster

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol card

Salary range is $73,150 - $80,000

Should sponsorship be required, it will be provided through EP2 Management Ltd, the owning company of the Hyatt Regency Sydney.
