Our client, a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in Swiftwater, PA is seeking degreed or experienced production associates to join their team. As a production associate, you will be part of the the team manufacturing the flu vaccine. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have great attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced, team environment.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Swiftwater, PA

* All associates MUST have an up-to-date flu vaccine. The current season flu vaccines need to be administered from August 2024 and you must be able to produce verification. *

Role: Services Dept: $20.50 - $22 per hr depending on shift

Requirements: LIfe Science associates degree, military exp or 2+ yr production experience required - Aseptic training is a plus!

Role: Cart Transfer: 5:30pm - 5:30am on a rotating schedule @ $22 per hr

Requirements: HSD, Military Exp a plus, Must have 3rd shift exp! This is a physically demanding job!

What’s the Job?

• Safely move 800+lb carts on wheels with a team mate

• Performs production in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need, and effective cGMP procedures

• Completes sampling and corresponding documentation as required.

• Participates in both deviation investigations when appropriate and implementation plans to ensure a quality product in all areas

• Complete quality documentation (BPR’s, logbooks, etc.) accurately in a timely manner.

What’s Needed?

• College Diploma, or work experience

• Ability to work a rotating schedule to include weekends

• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 25 pounds

• Willingness to receive vaccines as needed

• Successfully pass background check and drug test

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
