Philips Technical Consultant Integration Specialist in Sweden - Remote Based, Sweden

In this role, you have the opportunity to :

bring in your advanced IT skills and make the difference in projects around the world. You design, install, configure, test, maintain and support Monitoring Analytics and Therapeutic Care hardware and software solutions.

You are responsible for :

  • Support Account Managers and Solution Architects during presales on the solution development and design in the area of your expertise as well as in customer presentations.

  • Being a strong advocate for professional services to complement our critical care and general care solutions

  • Deliver professional IT services to our HPM customers as one off or as part of larger project engagements

  • Support the project implementation teams, consisting of project managers, clinical consultants and field service engineers, with your IT expertise and experience on healthcare system integration

  • Deliver customer projects that require analysis of situations and full understanding of the solution being implemented

  • Deliver training on our solutions for internal and external customers

  • Analyses reported problems in collaborates with the customer and the Customer Care Solutions Center support engineers to identify, analyze and develop a resolution plan and to take the actions required to resolve a customer’s issues

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues (remotely & on-site)

  • Escalate any technical configuration that is not consistent with technical standards

  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the Philips solution

  • Proactively suggests process and product improvements based on site experiences and IT knowledge

  • Provide regular status of installation activities to project manager, other team members, and functional manager

  • Resolve complex customer issues requiring independent judgment based on strong IT knowledge and skills

  • Contribute in the development of new professional IT services or support the development of new clinical services complementing our critical and general care solutions

  • Support strengthening our IT value proposition by bringing in your domain insights

You are part of :

The HPM Nordic Professional Service Team, consisting of technical consultants, network and WiFi Specialist, solution architects and technical trainers. We deliver best in class services for our customers ranging from presales, solution implementation up to go live support.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred;

  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or advanced certifications in specific areas of expertise such as:

  • IT Infrastructure and system integration

  • Experience in HL7 System integration between Philips products and other systems in hospitals such as EMRs, Hospital Information Systems, Lab Systems or bedside devices.

  • 5+ years of experience with Lyniate Rhapsody , I

  • Device and System Integration via HL7, FHIR or comparable technologies. A HL7 certification is desirable

  • Expert knowledge of the HPM and EMR Philips products such as PIC iX, IGS, ISP, CareEvent, ICCA, Capsul.

  • Use SQL Server and perform debugging and troubleshooting and write SQL queries.

  • Interest and understanding of SDC

  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Service development

  • Previous experience working in a hospital, technical or customer service environment

  • Training / experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with customer managers and technical staff on technical and business issues

  • Skills and experience with solution architect and project management methodologies.

  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills

  • Fluent language skills in English and Swedish

  • Capacity to travel through Sweden and Nordics
