We are currently seeking candidates for a Call Center Customer Service Representative position with EZ Pass.

Position Details:

Shifts: Monday to Friday (day shift)

Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay, Opportunity to apply for remote work after 90 days.

Work set-up: Onsite

We are looking for individuals with at least one year of customer service experience, strong computer skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. This role involves answering incoming calls, providing account information to customers, and processing new applications and payments.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)

• Computer proficiency and data entry skills

• High School Diploma or GED (verification required)

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Valid Driver's License

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/Hour
