Sr Production Control Specialist

职位介绍

基于订单的预测核算、结合工程能力与精益生产数据建立产能标准、制订合理的，高效的排产计划、追踪订单的生产进度并实现按时交付。

工作内容：

  1. 确认和跟进工程内进度，跟踪工单的结案进度和时间，必要时提醒、监督生产现场按时完成并关闭工单；

  2. 管理产品的交货期，与所有相关职能部门通力合作，确保顺利生产和按时交付；

  3. 制定投入计划，综合考虑原材料到料时间，产能配置标准及人力状况，制订合理的排班计划；

  4. 管理产品发货，跟进生产计划的进度，必要时纠正偏差及时进行生产计划的调整，以确保按时交付；

  5. 库存管理，有效控制在制品库存以及产品生产的周期时间；

  6. 材料的订购，确保所需的物料能支持达成生产计划目标。

Qualifications

任职要求

  1. 专科以上学历；

  2. 具有生产计划相关经验和SAP系统使用经验优先；

  3. 具有半导体公司工作经验，具备半导体（封装、工艺）的知识优先；

  4. 具有3年以上日本公司工作的经验优先；

  5. 熟练操作电脑，如Ms-Office：Excel、PPT、Word）；

  6. 能够进行日语的日常对话；

  7. 能够进行英语的日常对话；
