你的专业背景

• 本科学历，工业工程、机械工程、安全工程、环境保护或相关专业

• 5年以上跨国企业EHS或其他技术岗位工作经验。

• 熟悉政府关于安全、健康和环境方面的规定

• 良好的英语听说读写能力

• 有过程安全管理(PSM)设置经验者优先

• 注册安全工程师优先

• 积极主动，有良好的团队合作精神

岗位职责

• 开发安全和环境程序，并协助开发应急程序

• 根据EHS年度日历，培训和教育工厂团队的健康和安全程序

• 根据政府和企业的要求收集和输入数据，并进行数据分析，包括能源/水/废物/伤害和其他相关数据

• 支持EHS内部和外部审核，领导职能团队内部检查

• 组织开展职业病防治工作

• 进行事件调查和赔偿

• 实施环境健康和安全改进计划

• 领导职能部门的EHS活动，如BBS, Gemba walk, kaizen等。

• 保持与环境和消防安全部门以及当地行业组织的良好关系

• 负责公司要求的EHS路线图体系
