Responsibilities

As a member of the Ads Campaign UI team, you will design and develop Microsoft Ads Platform web front end to deliver world class user experience to hundreds of thousands of advertisers around the world generating billions of dollars yearly revenue and double digit growth. The UI engineer plays a critical role through product feature development life cycle, from UI design, UX development, backend integration & validation, data pipeline design, to post release business impact tracking, and continuous optimization. We expect the candidate to deliver high-quality work in Microsoft Ads platform functionality, security, performance, stability and scalability, and have the ability to handle urgent “live site” and ensure 7*24 hours global service quality are critical parts of this job.

Qualifications

• 1 – 5+ years of web front-end development experience

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Webpack etc development skills

• Excellent problem solving, design, coding, and debugging skills

• Good user experience design thinking

• Excellent communication and cross-geo collaboration skill

• English speech and write fluency

• Ads business understanding would be a plus

• Open source experience would be a plus

• Solid project management skills would be a plus

• Passionate about UI technology

• The ability to exercise critical thinking in day to day development work to seek continuous optimization and innovation opportunities
