  • Equipment and Manufacturing Experiences for the coating technologies of conformal coating, parylene coating, nano-coating, potting, adhesive and TIM

    Responsibilities.

  • Project management in the coating development of PCB assembly to NPI and Mass production.

  • Drive development project of any new coating/ potting / adhesive / TIM for equipment, processes and materials.

  • Translate customer requirements into clear development goals for the team and convert concept ideas into new designs development and automation.

  • Develop, define and standardize best practices in the MPS for site deployment.

  • Acts as the interface with technical supports and services groups to provide critical communication links between process/test, design and new product introduction.

  • Project leadership to a specific Business Unit on certain projects.

  • Preparing RFQ and budgets.

  • Support new product introductions to sites.

  • Advanced Process Analysis including PFMEA & Quality Improvements to sites.

  • Work with Global team on Technology roadmaps, equipment AVL and where possible, development projects for new technology.

  • Assess feasibility of coating methods in order to develop most productive and cost-effective coating methods.

  • Supervise coating process, including but not limited to pre-qualification, and performance.

    Qualification and Requirements .

  • 10+ years of experience working in coating technologies / adhesive / TIM and equipment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Experience in the automotive industry is a must.

  • Station in China or Malaysia for Asia regional position.

  • Must be willing to travel, Domestic and International and to work off hours to support business in Asia & US.

  • Knowledge in lab analysis with reliability testing is an advantage. Provide the guidance on reliability and testing of materials in their end-use applications based on customer requirements.

  • Working experience in PCBA industry is an advantage.

  • Good leadership, interpersonal skills & English communication in speaking & writing.
