Role Summary

技术员-维修主要负责快速反应中心日常作业中的泵维修及泵备件订单处理方面相关工作， 同时在有需要的时候能够支持现场服务

Key Responsibilities

· 支持DCIQ作业流程， 根据拆解工单和相关图纸及作业指导书对泵进行拆解， 拍照或者视频记录拆解的关键步骤， 对拆解完成的零件进行彻底清理及清洁， 根据图纸及工单对拆解零件进行检验， 记录拆解及检验过程中发现的不良项目， 最终形成拆解报告

· 支持泵装配流程， 根据客户确认的维修方案/合同/装配作业指导书/装配工单完成泵装配工作， 严格按照技术要求进行装配， 对关键控制点进行测量及记录， 准确如实填写装配表单， 完成完工报告， 对相关报告及记录按要求进行归档

· 支持备件订单执行， 包括但不限于协助收货， 协助尺寸检验， 协助零件入库及包装， 协助出货等

· 在有需要而且能力具备的情况下支持现场服务， 主要是现场指导客户或其指定作业人员进行泵的拆解及装配， 对现场发现的问题进行记录与反馈， 在具备相关能力后能指导客户进行开机调试或者异常原因分析及提供解决方案

· 负责维修区域日常的设备点检， 设备简单维护， 6S管理等

· 严格遵守公司相关安全规范， 按要求进行安全培训以及安全观察项填写

Qualification:

· 大专以上学历， 3+机械行业从业经历， 动手能力强

· 良好的机械识图能力， 包括零件图以及装配图， 对形位公差有一定了解

· 会使用通用的手动量具， 包括游标卡尺， 千分尺， 螺纹规等

· 基本的英语阅读能力， 能看懂图纸上英文标注

· 工作认真负责， 吃苦耐劳， 可以接受不定期出差

· 具有泵行业维修或现场服务经验优先

· 具有普通车床操作能力优先
