What you’ll do:

  • Management and operation of CPC R&D test lab.

  • Responsible for the overall management EHS and 5S of the lab.

  • To advance the development of LV components by assisting the Eaton R&D and design personnel with the testing and the interpretation of test data;

  • Operate and maintain existing equipment testing capabilities and implement test standardization.

  • To advance the operation of the lab through development and implementation of test procedures and the definition and acquisition of equipment for the lab to improve overall operation.

  • Lead all EHS functions and ensures lab safety;

  • Plans the operation and the schedule for the Test Lab to accommodate the testing of components.

  • Responsible for maintenance and calibration of R&D lab intruments and equipment.

  • Effectively utilize digitalization and intelligence to improve equipment utilization and improve testing capabilities.

  • Respond to other tasks at request from business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, Technical knowledge - Electrical related majors

  • 5+ years of relevant working experience

  • Familiar with testing standards and requirements for low-voltage electrical products

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Good English communication skills

  • Organized, stress resistant, dynamic and efficient, having a strong sense of responsibilities and priorities
