Job title:

Advanced Mechanical Engineer- MR

Purpose:

You are responsible for designing and developing detailed mechanical parts for coils, including the whole system coil housing, coil connection.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Design and develop detailed mechanical designs for MRI RF coils to full product release.

• Engaging in all phases of new product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support.

Job Requirements:

• Minimal bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. Has more than 5 years’ working experience.

• Understand & knowledge of full product cycle from concept to mass production.

• Understand & knowledge in Industrial, Usability, Workflow design and user experience design.

• Working experience with direct-customer-interface product is a MUST.

• Experience in components design for appearance parts, structural parts, connector, cable, with involving material in Plastic, Rubber, Sheet Metal, Die-casting and Standard parts.

• Experience in 3D/2D drawings design by CAD software e.g. PTC Creo.

• Understand & knowledge in Simulation of strength and thermal (Static/dynamic analysis) and dynamic thermal simulation.

• Knowledge in regulatory requirement in Medical Device industry 510K, ISO13485, IEC6060-1 add points.

• Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task.

• Bilingual in verbal and written communication skills.

• Good team player, coordination, and communication skills.

• Ability to meet aggressive quality, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets.

• Global project experience with complex functional stakeholders’ management.
