Como Estagiário no Controle de Qualidade Microbiológico você terá a oportunidade de contribuir com as entregas e entendimento do fluxo do laboratório e áreas suportes, como suprimentos. O controle de qualidade é uma área onde há envolvimento com os demais departamentos do site de manufatura dando suporte para as entregas de materiais e produto acabado. Você trabalhará lado a lado com profissionais experientes, aprendendo e aplicando conceitos de Qualidade, análise de dados para aprimorar a eficiência operacional e garantir a entrega de produtos farmacêuticos que atendam aos mais altos padrões de qualidade, além de ter a oportunidade de aplicar conhecimentos teóricos a problemas práticos, colaborando diretamente com as equipes para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar soluções eficazes.

Main responsibilities:

• Participar ativamente nos projetos de performance da área.

• Coletar e analisar dados operacionais, preparando relatórios sobre progresso, descobertas e resultados de iniciativas de melhorias para revisão da equipe de gestão.

• Apoiar a implementação de ferramentas de gestão visual para monitoramento e controle de processos.

• Preparar e esterilizar meios de cultura e outros materiais necessários.

• Auxiliar e conduzir testes de controle de qualidade de baixa complexidade e documentar os resultados.

• Apoiar na manutenção e calibração de equipamentos laboratoriais.

• Apoiar e gerenciar suprimentos do laboratório, como solicitação de orçamentos, controle de notas fiscais, organização de estoque, realizar inventário dos materiais.

• Participar no desenvolvimento e revisão de procedimentos operacionais padrão (POPs).

About you

• Experience : conhecimento básico em controle de qualidade microbiológico

• Soft and technical skills :

• Forte interesse em controle de qualidade e áreas suportes.

• Proatividade, iniciativa, organização, capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes.

• Habilidades avançadas em Excel e Manipulação de Planilhas;

• Habilidade de comunicação oral, escrita clara e eficaz e trabalho em equipe.

• Education : Estar cursando 4º Período ou superior em Farmácia, Biologia, Biomedicina ou áreas relacionadas.

• Languages : Proficiência em inglês é desejável.
