Job Description

An Insight Global client is looking for a ServiceNow Configuration Manager to join their team as they kick off their project of building out the ITSM. This position will be overseeing the ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM Architecture as well as enhancement related work. This role will work in conjunction with the selected SI partner, Service Management team, ServiceNow platform team and business partners to support the platform.

Hourly Pay rate for this role can be between 60-100/hr.

Skills and Requirements

3-5+ years of ServiceNow experience, specifically in CMDB.

o Understanding of architectural design and reviews within CMDB and ITSM.

 Certifications within ServiceNow Development or Architecture

 Bachelor of Science in Computer Science null
