Ideal Candidate
Board Certified Pediatric MD/DO
2 years of post-training experience that includes hospital work preferred; all physicians provide the full scope of care
Neonatal Resuscitation/Stabilization experience required
Interest in a part-time (0.5 FTE) position
Practice Highlights
Pediatric Hospitalists support St. Joseph Medical Center and its Level II Special Care Nursery
The 0.5 FTE position is the equivalent of 86 12-hour shifts
Shifts are 12 and 9 hours; mix of days and nights
Established infrastructure and strong support staff
Physicians are experienced, collegial and fun
Focus on evidence-based medicine with continuity of care from inpatient to outpatient
Robust primary care team and 24/7 hospitalist service

Guaranteed first-year income (0.5 FTE): $125,467.00
Employment Bonus / Relocation stipend / Education Loan Reimbursement program
CME: up to $1,650.00 per calendar year for 0.5 FTE
