Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified Pediatric MD/DO

• 2 years of post-training experience that includes hospital work preferred; all physicians provide the full scope of care

• Neonatal Resuscitation/Stabilization experience required

• Interest in a part-time (0.5 FTE) position

Practice Highlights

• Pediatric Hospitalists support St. Joseph Medical Center and its Level II Special Care Nursery

• The 0.5 FTE position is the equivalent of 86 12-hour shifts

• Shifts are 12 and 9 hours; mix of days and nights

• Established infrastructure and strong support staff

• Physicians are experienced, collegial and fun

• Focus on evidence-based medicine with continuity of care from inpatient to outpatient

• Robust primary care team and 24/7 hospitalist service

• EPIC EMR

• Guaranteed first-year income (0.5 FTE): $125,467.00

• Employment Bonus / Relocation stipend / Education Loan Reimbursement program

• CME: up to $1,650.00 per calendar year for 0.5 FTE
