Headquartered on the shores of Lake Superior in Superior, Wisconsin, and located just over the border from Duluth, Minnesota, we have twelve distribution centers located through the U.S. and Canada, as well as international operations. AMSOIL INC. is currently hiring a Digital Operations Manager in our Information Technology department. This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Superior, Wisconsin which is located on the shores of Lake Superior and right across the bridge from Duluth, Minnesota. Core Responsibilities: The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for creating and supporting digital commerce experiences for all AMSOIL customers. This is a hands-on position that builds and oversees a team that both manages day-to-day ecommerce operations for multiple online storefronts and provides end-to-end support for multiple digital properties. * Product Merchandise Management including oversight of online product maintenance process including gathering necessary data from business units, uploading to storefronts and related locations, formatting per standards, and UAT. * Oversee team that serves as first line of contact for customer service escalations on the online store and related digital platforms. * Coordinate with various teams to triage issues, raise support tickets where needed, analyze root cause, and assist in efficient resolution of all production process issues – especially those impacting the customer experience. * Work with Digital team on set up, implementation and accuracy of digital analytics platforms. * Manage release calendar and backlog processes which includes identifying, facilitating, and overseeing prioritization of intake processes for future enhancements to the online customer experience. Position Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in field of Information Technology, Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. * 7+ years of experience working in digital commerce operations for a B2B or B2C digital platform supporting multiple products and features. * Minimum of 3 years managing at least one direct report * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Prior experience with eCommerce or retail. * Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, including partnering with web architects and engineers. * In depth knowledge of web platforms and technology. * Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology. * Tenacity and attention to detail in establishing processes, creating documentation, and tracking and managing errors through to resolution. * Broad knowledge of project management practices and familiarity with several key information technology areas. * Ability to influence and elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, contracts and other departments. Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in related field. * Experience with content management tool(s).
