We are looking for a Fixed Plant Supervisor for the Resolution Copper Underground Operations and Maintenance Group. As the Underground Fixed Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and mechanics to ensure the effective and efficient operation of various systems critical to the underground mine operation. This includes the underground ventilation and cooling systems, East Plant HVAC systems, mine water collection and dewatering systems, and compressed air and service water systems. * Lead and manage a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support. * Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of the underground ventilation and cooling systems. * Manage the East Plant HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. * Supervise the mine water collection and dewatering systems, ensuring their effective operation. * Oversee the underground compressed air and service water systems, ensuring all components are functioning optimally. * Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to HVAC and mechanical systems. * Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with other departments to minimize disruptions to operations. * Communicate effectively with management, providing regular updates on system performance and project status. * Assist in the development and management of the department's budget.
