Description We are seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator based in Sunrise, Florida. The role involves managing facilities and coordinating workplace operations in an in-person setting. The position is a long-term contract with a focus on providing excellent service to our team and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the organization of 25 meeting room spaces.

• Handling the opening and closing of work orders and reservations.

• Creating and printing signage for meeting spaces.

• Conducting tours of the facility for visitors and clients.

• Assisting in the organization and execution of monthly events and activities.

• Utilizing software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Canva to handle administrative tasks.

• Managing reservation and work order systems, preferably with TRIRIGA experience.

• Utilizing bilingual skills in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with team members and visitors.

• Addressing high volume tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Leveraging tech-savviness to improve and streamline processes.

• Handling customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages

• Competence in using Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with printing and closing processes

• Understanding of facilities management

• Ability to manage reservations and work orders

• Proficiency in using design software like Canva

• Experience in marketing promotions

• Knowledge of TRIRIGA software

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Ability to create a positive workplace experience for colleagues and visitors.
