Job Summary and Qualifications
JOB TITLE – Director of Recruitment
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Provides day to day work direction and prioritization, sales support, management and leadership for the permanent placement division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordination of all recruitment and sourcing activities of recruiters, team member training and development, business development, sales support to new or developing markets and management dashboard reporting to internal leadership as well as facility leadership as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
Prioritization of daily work flow for the perm placement team
Evaluates existing recruitment systems and processes, recommends changes/improvements to as appropriate
Prepares recruitment productivity reports and staff commission reports, for review and analysis with VPR
Organizes the function of the department staff through the appropriate assignment of responsibilities, delegation of authority, and overall direction of activity
Oversees and directs sales function to execute an effective sales program, maintains accurate and comprehensive placement records, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures
Ensures perm placement staffing to healthcare facilities (HCA and others) through the submission of candidates recruited by PWS
Develops a recruiting training program and ensures that all department staff is appropriately trained and oriented
Works cross-functionally with Creative Services and on-site, local and travel departments to maximize production and revenue opportunities.
Responsible for leading from the front line the development of personal production for permanent placement
Direct and participate in the development of all strategic business in assigned territory.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES – This position requires the following minimal requirements:

Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to work well individually and within a team environment
Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations
EDUCATION –Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience required
EXPERIENCE – 7+ years experience with recruiting or staffing sales/service. Proven track record experience in sales, as well as, management or leadership role, staffing industry experience a plus.
Previous experience in sales or a service industry required. Strong sales/marketing skills required to meet business development goals. Proven track record with successful staff management and personal business development.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS –
Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs frequently
Requires prolonged sitting and some bending, stooping, and stretching.
Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound
Requires normal range of eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
Requires dexterity to type.
Work is performed in and office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public.
