Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our Accounts Receivable team, reporting to our Senior AR Manager. In this role, you will oversee Cash and Collections specialists, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, meeting monthly collection targets, and maintaining positive customer relationships. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing team performance, enhancing AR processes, and supporting the hiring and training of new employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Accounts Receivable team of Cash and Collections specialists.

  • Train, coach, and guide each team member to optimize performance and achieve department goals.

  • Plan work schedules and support interviewing and hiring of new employees.

  • Deliver accurate and timely invoices.

  • Meet monthly collection targets and address Collections escalations.

  • Apply and reconcile customer account payments to meet monthly unposted payment targets.

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing inquiries, disputes, and payment concerns professionally.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance Accounts Receivable processes and systems.

  • Train and prepare team leads to maintain operations during absences.

  • Prepare and distribute regular month-end reports on Accounts Receivable status, Cash flow, and Collections activities.

  • Handle special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Management experience of at least 4 people.

  • Experienced in Accounts Receivable - Full Cycle.

  • Advanced Excel Skills.

Work Environment

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will report to the AR Manager. The work environment involves collaboration with a dedicated team, using advanced software tools and systems to manage AR processes efficiently. The role requires adherence to professional standards and values while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
