As a Test & Assembly Technician with PCB you will work in the test and assembly area performing basic test, assembly and inspection for sensor die and sub-assemblies.

Additional Duties

  • Cooperates as a member of the test & assembly area to help the team best serve the customer.

  • Understands role in implementing the ISO 9001 standard and complies with all aspects of the standard.

  • Responsible for knowing and following all ESD policies and procedures.

  • Performs basic test, assembly and inspection using tweezers and microscopes, by following all procedures for sensor die and sub-assemblies. Fills out and maintains all forms relating to sensor assembly.

  • Sets up and adjusts equipment for sensor assembly and testing.

  • Performs a range of routine electrical and/or electromechanical testing of small parts or components.

  • Bonds or seals parts or assemblies using direct heating elements or ovens and performs a variety of in-process testing.

  • Keeps works area clean and free of dirt or contamination.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School degree or GED

Experience: One to two years of relevant experience
